Reflection: When completing this
assignment, I found myself stumbling when trying to come up with the “bug”. It
was a bit challenging because it required me to recall things from the past and
rely on my memory. I found it easier to come up with “bugs” over a few days and
really focus in on what bothers me. I found the “Why” part to be slightly
difficult because it required me to obtain more of a critical outlook than usual.
Having to address why the bug exists rather than why it bothered me required me
to shift the way I am used to thinking.
Hi Brianna,
ReplyDeleteI found a lot of your bugs to be very interesting. They all seemed to stem from the service industry for the most part, which I found neat considering how most of mine came up more in day to day life. Although a lot of these issues seem to be out of your control due to their nature and involvement with money hungry businesses, perhaps you may still be able to deduce some degree of solutions to them if you break them into sub-problems. This could prove promising!
Hey Brianna,
ReplyDeleteIt was funny to read your list, as many of the bugs you wrote down I wrote down as well. There were others that I didn't write down, but I agree with. One of my biggest pet peeves is when dog owners do not pick up their pet's poop, so I am happy to see that I am not the only one who gets annoyed by this. I also agree that this specific "why" question requires us to shift our thinking. It allows us to see the bigger picture, which is a truly special outlook to have.
